Anger Management


How to handle your anger..!!

1) If u feel that u are going to explode, please count 1-10 then multiply with 10 then bang your head to the wall within 110km/h impact. Resultsyou will be unconscious or if lucky you will end up dead, so you will not be angry anymore

2) If you feel that u are going to piss off over something, just go to the toilet and piss.

3) If you feel that u want to punch someonejust go to the canteen and order cocktail punch.

4) If u feel angry, just go to eat, eat a lot and a lot until youll stuffed. Then u will not feel angry anymore, because you are too heavy to carry yourself

5) If you really-really-really angry, then you go home, have sexyou will not feel angry anymore.
