daily routine..2nd week of training to loose weight. I manage to maintain loosing 4kgs, without gaining any gram at all. However I need to reduce more within this week. Changing my workout regime will be great, and changing amount of food taken also helps. Although it is hard to reduce my weight from 90kg to 86, it will be harder to reduce another 4 kg for another week....pray to God, that I could manage to do it...
