Empowerment




Continued from my previous post...

In real life, or in real administration world, empowerment is hard to get. Especially when your company is not applying a systematic approach a.k.a ISO (International Standard Operation). The systematic approach whereby the needs of structural organization. In Multinational company, they empowered people that hava the capability and ability to be trained as leaders.
However in companies that is being manage by families or family business, they tend to empowered their own people such as their sons, uncle, aunty, wives and maybe their beloved relatives. It is good in certain facts but sometimes it will be bring to the downfall. There will be a lot of politics and tribes, and there will be trust involve.
Seldom, people or employee that have the capability and have problem solving, together with analytical skill have the opportunity to present their skills. They will be left out and always regards as the under performers. All their ideas will be taken by the management, but no rewards given.
These so call under achievers will be taken seriously when they going to leave the company. Therefore a good management should empower these guys to do their work to create loyalty and responsibility. Until these empowerment issues are not been solve within the company, these employee will seek opportunity else where, and dont be surprise if they will succed and became a CEO!!!
