Being Scolded for nothing

At 8.45am, being informed that we have material problems.

At 9.00am, call the supplier to clarify some issues pertaining status of material

9.15am being informed material is ready, only to raise purchase order. Problem SOlved!!


At 11.00 am being confronted by a busybody clerk, in her 50's, informing that no such stock or sections of material at the supplier warehouse, to change section.  Then I have take initiative to call again, to confirmed these matters.  Situation under control, seems to be confusion of communication when the clerks in her 50's intervene.

At 1.30pm, the Executive Director, barge in the office and yelled, and smash the purchase order in his hands to the plotter machine, and calling me, surprising everybody in the office.

After several bla..bla..bla...I asked what's seems to be the problem.  The Executive Director keep pointing the PO (purchase order) issued earlier, and surprisingly it is about the problem that have been settle at 9.00 am and 11.00 am in the morning.

The clerk with a smiling face said it is about the matters that have been informed to me earlier, and I said, what is the problem, I have solve these matter earlier.  SO I get my self to the phone and called the supplier again, and the supplier said, there is no problem...

Moral of the day is.....The clerk in her 50's trying to be smart, intervened my job, and inform the boss that there would be a problem.  The Executive Director (boss) hastily making a decisions to screw me within a 30 minutes of fouled and raising voice, without checking the whole situation.

I have been scolded and yelled in front of the public for nothing, and still I finished my worked at 5.30, with a heartache..Therefore, enough is enough, being scolded is ok if it is clearly my fault, but others people intervention, that thinks she can do better, and making me being a public humiliation, is not acceptable.  After deep thinking the whole night and day, I come to a conclusion, to resign and seek other opportunity in life!!
It is better to start concentrating on my business rather than helping others people business and yet being scolded at every opportunity by the Hastily, RObust decision kind of Boss!! Thank you very much...
