Bye Bye HB

On every journey, there will be the ends, for the past years of working in the company finally i have decided to leave.  Although there a lot of dissatisfaction, hesitations, mistakes, being scold over and all the bad things happen, still among them were good ones.  Friends and colleague, and especially the Bos aka Mr Lai Kim San, giving me a lot of experience and knowledge.
Some of it may be bad, some of it were good, this is part of partial in our journey towards life and career.  The fine gesture from Mr Lai Kim San, the person that always have been quarrel with for those years shows that, as a boss he got to do what he got to do, and I believe he would be able to pave the way of success in near future.  With a group of pro's around him, financial backing surround him, he is the best answer to HB Glass.
All he got to do is change!! Not in term of personality, but the way of management which he has the capabilty to change things, if adapting a systematic system.  The customer is not always rights, but they have the right.
Hopefully then year or five years to come, we will be able to sit together and chat over management, and when the time come, HB Glass will be the main building contractors in Malaysia and Asia.  To Mr Lai, you have to set the mission statement clearly to the workers at all level, if they know your vision towards the company, and where you are spearheading the company, they will give you full support, in which that all these guys were lacking.  Take them to the right path...ALL the best HB...I know that HB got It...remove all the blurry conceptions, make it clearer, you will be NO 1..this is not a black day for me after all, there is light at the end of the tunnel....
