Daily Routine

Good morning, Good afternoon, and good evening to you all…I am back reporting my daily routine at the gym. Last night I was at the gym for my workout. It was my second day, and I thought that will spend more time on the weight lifting and to work with my abs. However my exercise cut short due to one cocky guy entered the gym. Therefore I stop doing my workout and went to sauna instead. I spend 15 minutes in the sauna and went home to watch John Cena kicking Big show’s butt. Yeah!! It is WWE!! I am a fan but not fanatic, it is in Astro Satelite channel 811…

Tonight I will ensure to work on my abs and thigh, hopefully my body will loose more weight. Forgot to tell u guy, my current weight is 88kg.
