Daily routine
Starts from yesterday…I have been a regular in the gym. I would be doing regular exercises and weight lifting. I am spending 45 minutes on the treadmills and 1 hour on weight lifting. I hate to exercise, I love to eat, however due to my weight which has reached 90 kg yesterday, something should be done. My ideal weight is 65kg, therefore I have to push my ass to the wall as I have 25kg to loose. I hope that I will loose my weight within this 3 month. If I failed…then I will start to eat regularly, and try to gain weight to 400kg, I will try to put my name in the Guiness World of Records, as the fattest not fastest but fattest man alive in the world..hahahahhahah
