One day at Maybank

Maybank...Location Taman Sri Bahagia, Tampoi Johor Bahru, my objective today was to get my credit card replacement...so I went to this branch during my lunch break. When I reached there, I just went to the reception area. There is a lady maybe 40 something...her age I mean, not some sizes....hahahahhaha. I asked where can I take my credit card replacement, and with a arrogant face, she asked for my ID. I gave it to her and she told me to went inside and meet Miss Mala. At that time, I think that if she is a he, maybe I would kick his butt, but considering I am in a good mood today, I would rather to maintain my good mood. So I went inside, saw a lot of desk, but no tag name or board stating the person that I should meet, so I asked the safety guard who is Miss Mala..Lucky me, she just sat in front of me...but with a customer.

Therefore, I have to wait my turn, and during waiting I overheard the customer conversation between this Mala. The customer is asking why is his bank account having problems, as he tries to withdraw the money from the ATM. So this customer asking why was his money was not there, the balance is only RM 100. The answer was, maybe there was a breach of account. So this guy asking how is this happened. So Miss Mala asked whether this guy had ever given his pin number to anyone. This guy was blur maybe, because he seems not to understand why was that his money was taken. The explanation from Miss Mala was also so rude as when she explaining, she raises her voice, and not looking at the customer...isn't that rude.!!? It seems that she was not honest when she was attending her customer. Maybe she is in a bad mood, bad day, bad night maybe...or maybe she did'nt have sex last night, that will definitely turn her mood to badddddd.!!
However, that is not a professional attitude, as a worker of a reputable banking institution, she should act professionally, smiled, and polite...if that happens to me, maybe she got a round of harsh word, two rounds of cursing...huh!! Maybe...?
I dont know what happen to Maybank staff today, how they can keep this type of worker in their office, ruin their reputation, and to Miss Mala.."dah la ko gemuk...pendek...kurang ajar plak tu...ko nak period ke ape...hangin satu badan, resign la senang, ramai lagi nak kerja kat luar tu..bodo...!!" For your info, Miss Mala is a malay woman, she is short, specky, and wearing tudung, so try to avoid her whenever your enter Maybank Sri Bahagia Tampoi...I did!!!
